And you thought Kraft was good.
Or in my case generic. Macaroni and cheese that is. I made some last night mostly following one of Martha's recipes except I substituted 3 cups of regular milk with evaporated milk and I used bacon instead of ham. It was pretty simple to make, no, not as simple as the box....but almost. Heh, I can say we, uh, shouldn't make this often as it has a week's calories in one bite. But it was good while it lasted. Yeah, that's right, it's gone.
