So, couldn't sleep so here I am blogging about bread and cheese. Ben made some fantastic bread earlier this week and, that's right, cheese. I know the bread recipe Ben posted earlier sounds so complicated but I'll tell ya what, it's sooooo worth it. I'm not sure exactly how he made the cheese. A whole gallon of milk with some sort of chemicals and viola, mozarella and riccota cheese. He had fun kneading it.
PS...wasn't that BYU game sad?

I'm sorry. This totally made me laugh. At least you guys are good to go when things go to economic pot. You'll have good homemade bread and cheese...whereas I recall my loafs of bread having the consistency of brick.
ps: I didn't catch the BYU game, but I DID see the BYU Ballroom dance team tonight. See, I have school spirit.
