Gyros

So, now that we're cursed, I can catch up with blogging. This past week we made gyros with tzatziki sauce. We used plain lamb chops instead of gyro meat but it was still really good.

On the left is the yogurt in cheesecloth draining. The middle is the tomatoes from our garden and the right is the de-skinned, de-seeded cucumber with salt draining.


Mmmmm lamb.

And the finished result with brown rice. A little work, but a great result.
