Not to smother artistic talent...

but, really, let's keep it on paper. If you have a little artist like I do, you probably have some walls that look like this:

BUT, with a little toothpaste and a lot of elbow grease (especially if you have textured walls...ugh) your wall can go back to this:

Yes, I used Arm and Hammer toothpaste because, really, it's not fit for brushing your teeth. Ick

We just got back from Walmart where we were buying some white toothpaste, since all we have is the blue gel kind around here. Adie went 1 day sort of 3 years w/o attempting wall-drawing, but this morning we discovered that last night was the time to try it. I am so glad the toothpaste trick works.

those magic erasers are amazing. Eli colored on every wall on the main floor with pen and pencil (surprisingly tough to scrub and an eraser didn't even work)Anna told me to use it, but I didn't trust her until my school teacher friend told me that's what she uses on the last day of school. Whatever chemical it uses scares me, but worth the many hours of saved time and sore muscles. I just wipe the wall after.

Good luck Sabrina!

Thanks for the tip, Helena. I forgot how great those erasers are. I'm sure they would've saved my arm.

Toothpaste, really?? What a great tip. I'll be sure to try that out next time the artist makes her debut...

That is so funny about your dream. If only we lived close enough to have the same doctor.
